The class will walk attendees through how fraudsters are targeting your buyer's and seller's funds with recent examples from Maine and New Hampshire transactions. Scary? Absolutely! But you'll also learn what resources you and your clients have available to prevent fraudulent attempts, recognize them, and what to do if (but hopefully not when) you're targeted.
